Juventus F.C. has developed a large project for the redevelopment and enhancement of an area of approximately 180,000 square meters which is part of the larger area commonly referred to as "Continassa", adjacent to the Juventus Stadium. CONTECO has developed some engineering services for technical support to the Client for the new Stadio delle Alpi and verification services for the J Concept Store, the J Experience Hotel and the International School of Europe. This project concerns the construction of a structure destined to the Training Center of the First Team and the Media Center of Juventus. In the Training Center, the construction of a main building, some secondary service structures, outdoor playgrounds and some secondary spaces for specific athletic training are planned, thus hosting all the functions necessary for the Company for administrative and technical management. activities related to the preparation of the football team. In the Media Center, on the other hand, the construction of a main building and a parking area are planned, at the service of employees and visitors, and will host the headquarters of the media activities relating to Juventus FC: on the ground floor the Juve Channel TV first floor the Communication Area.
