The first objective of the project is to limit the environmental impact of the building, which has reached a Gold level of LEED certification thanks to the satisfaction of the sustainability of the site, the efficient management of water, energy and environment, recyclable materials and resources, quality control. of the air. Peculiar aspects: the quality of the materials, the high performance required, the choice to concentrate them in a few and essential, such as glass, aluminum, exposed concrete and wood and to prefer prefabricated elements.
