Torri Garibaldi

The Garibaldi Towers are two 23-storey buildings built on the area adjacent to the Garibaldi station. The conservative rehabilitation project is mainly based on three points: the complete redesign of the technological systems according to energy saving; the architectural and functional redevelopment, which includes, among other things, the reorganization of the attic floor and the creation of a double-height entrance hall on the first floor; seismic adaptation and fire prevention regulations. CONTECO has carried out two different services to support the implementation: independent engineering services during Design, Construction and Testing Fases.
